Imagine sitting in the spa watching the perfect sunset well you can do when you stay in this beautiful south facing pool and spa home on Lake Berkley resort. This over sized pool deck is the perfect place to enjoy all day sun with plenty of seating, privacy and sun loungers you will know you made the right choice.

The home is tastefully decorated throughout and comes with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which is a larger spec than similar homes on resort. With two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor with a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs this really does offer flexibility to guests staying.

A fully functional kitchen with everything you need, two dining areas and a large open plan living area give plenty of space for the larger groups staying. A games room featuring a pool table, large screen tv and seating area really make this the perfect destination for the kids or bigger kids to get away from it all.

All bedrooms come with Tvs featuring Roku devices, closets and plenty of storage space.

This home really does offer you the best of everything and located on this peaceful gated community you will certainly have found your own piece of paradise.

Lake Berkley Resort is a beautiful gated Community only 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Whether it's walking, relaxing by the communal pool, using the gym or doing a bit of fishing this resort has got you covered. As you arrive you will be greeted at a secure gated entrance. Once you enter you can easily move around the resort and use the communal facilities. This resort really does have everything on your doorstep, from the Walmart next door to the local restaurants and bars conveniently located close by.

We've stayed on Lake Berkley a few times so knew what to expect and this villa didn't disappoint. The view from the pool area is amazing, and it gets sun from first thing in the morning right through to the end of the day (we stayed for 14 days in May), you also get a bit of shade by the patio with a small seating area if you need it. The villa was very spacious both inside and out, the beds were super comfortable, all of the essential toiletries (toilet roll, towels, hand soap, hairdryer) that you need are there when you get there. The use of a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and drier is superb for a long stay.Paul from Finest Florida Villas was great! Communication was easy with Paul and he was always on hand to answer any questions that we had, couldn't fault his customer service before or during the holiday! The location is perfect, it's about a 15 minute drive from Disney and 30mins from Universal, there's also a huge Walmart literally around the corner. We will definitely be back!
