Great location

My family and myself went for a little weekend trip to see Helen as my daughter loves all the Christmas stuff. The home was in a great location and had plenty of room for a large family.

This was the 2nd time we stayed and we plan on coming back. Beds are comfortable and the house was clean. There was one quick fix needed when we arrived and the property owner was quick to respond and take care of it. Definitely recommend. We love how quick we can get to all the shops and restaurants.

Perfect Location

This property was very clean, organized and comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with and a pleasure. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Helen area!

Wonderful stay

Nice location with all the necessities. Beds were very comfortable and linens were good quality. We enjoyed Helen and the hike to Anna Ruby Falls. Nice getaway for our family.

Great stay at Patty's Place in Helen

Me and my Mom enjoyed staying at this property while meeting family in Helen. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay near all Helen's activities. James was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. If we are back in the area we would definitely enjoy staying there again. Great place to stay!

Awesome place in Helen

Extremely clean and well stocked unit. Had plenty of space for two couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

Great location and home!

The home was the perfect size for my siblings and me. The beds were very comfy and the entire place was extremly clean! The location couldn't be beat, we were able to walk to main street and all of our desired locations and restaurants! The host was very kind and responsive. Thank you!!

Clean and cozy

The property was just as described. It was a pleasant walk to the Oktoberfest activities (about a mile). Check-in instructions were easy. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the entire place was very clean. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property

Accommodations are new with a convenient set up and the beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient within walking distance to shops, restaurants as indicated. We also found a nice playground close by for our little one which was an added plus. Just a few items could be slightly tweaked. We greatly appreciated the kind and attentive responsiveness by the hosts making it really an enjoyable experience.

Helen,GA vacation

Getting there and getting in went well. Entered house and walked to back to view patio area and one of the blind attachments fell on the floor before we got there. We laid it on the TV stand. Blind broken in bedroom at top of stairs. No washer/dryer that was mentioned in the details of the house. TV remote didn't have a volume control. No remote for TV in bedroom at top of stairs. Microwave door would not open. Could not get in touch with property manager, had no phone number and the internet password wouldn't work. So it was a nice house, but too many issues. It looked like it's new or recently remodeled and that we were maybe the first ones to stay there, because things were not finished.

Helen townhouse

The communication with the host was great. The location was close enough to get into downtown easily while also being away from the crowds when wanting a quiet night. The place was clean for the most part, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and missing towels downstairs for cleaning. The furniture was all lower to the ground and while comfortable- it was difficult to get off of if you have mobility issues. I would have liked more ambient lighting, while there were side tables and lamps upstairs in the bedrooms, there were no lamps or standing lights downstairs in the living room.
