Interior was great and exactly what we needed. Multiple parking options were nice. Downside was parking was pretty far from condo entrance and lots of noise from other short term rental above.

I was very impressed with the property. It is well refurbished and has everything you need for a visit. It is like having your own condo, with nothing to worry about.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. The location was great for sight seeing popular attractions and the condo had everything we needed. Someone checked in on us during our stay via text or phone call and we felt well cared for.

Great place for a family getaway

My wife and 3yo son stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! Spacious, easy check-in and check-out, had everything we needed, and very close to everything we wanted to do in Duluth

Duluth winter weekend

Historic building beautifully rehabbed and decorated with thoughtful design elements and amenities. Staff immediately responded to a request for additional supplies. Excellent accommodation, quiet neighborhood, view of the lake. Highly recommend.

Great couple days in Duluth

We had a great two night stay in Duluth and would stay here again. This place has lots of space, very comfortable furnishings and was very clean. It's an updated older building with great character and high ceilings so we did hear the occasional patter of toddler feet and occasional heavy adult feet from upstairs. Convenient location.

Perfect condo!

Beautiful historic condo with everything you need. Beds comfy, extra blankets and towels. Lots of light. Big bonus was the secure garage parking option. Very easy to check in and out. Would recommend for anyone visiting the Duluth area.

Our Duluth Fishing trip

We came for a friends 40th and went charter fishing on the Superior. Perfect place for our litlr adventure. Close to everything. Place was cute and quaint. The only negative was the shower water pressure. Otherwise excellent pick and place to stay. We would stay again.
