Comfy clean and great location

My group was really impressed with this place! The space is really clean and has been decorated really well, creating a comfortable and relaxing feel. Everything you need for a short stay. It’s steps away from the city tram and has loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

Perfect place for an Edinburgh Stay

Yatin is a great host. Quick and detailed responses. Flat is an ideal location. One minute walk to the tram that takes you right to Edinburgh center. Convenient is an understatement. House is clean and perfect for three couples. Quiet neighborhood at night but lively on the main drag with all you need. Food. Pubs. Marts. Couldn’t have been a better house.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. We found that for 6 people the apartment is small and having the dining table away from the kitchen is uncomfortable (it’s in the tv room which is very small). There is barely utensil and cooking ware and we had to ask for dishwasher detergent. Unfortunately we found hairs in one of the beds. Also the duvet cover for the sofa bed was not inserted in the provided bed comforter (if that is what it was). We did not bother because my son did not want it but I think that it should had been ready since they knew we were using the sofa bed. I think they have a great property, they just need to pay more attention to details.
