Our host was very helpful, the sunsets were beautiful, and the location was a great jumping off point for lots of exploration and adventures, but our favorite part was the lay-out. The house has a wonderful family room that opens onto the patio and pool through large sliding glass doors that make the two areas feel like one living space.

Our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) were so comfortable here! It’s very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The pool was so nice and clean. And the house was fully stocked with everything you could think of! Plenty of towels, pool toys, high chair, kitchen supplies. We truly didn’t need a thing. It is very close to the downtown area and grocery stores. The host and manager were very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place for families

Our family of 10 stayed here for a week. The house was great for all of us! Perfect layout, perfect location! We loved how the living/dining room doors opened completely, sliding into the walls, and also had screens. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the sunset view was wonderful! We hated to leave!

Amazing Property for our Multi-Family Vacation.

The property has the wow factor and i knew as soon as we drove in and opened the door that we were going to have an incredible time. The property was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we all really enjoyed the pool. The view of the ocean was awesome and the location was so close and only a short drive to so many activities.Communication was great with the team, and we would 100% stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location, the pool and the gorgeous views! We were 3 families of four and fit perfectly. We never felt overcrowded. Sharing of bathrooms was no issue, as there are 4 full bathrooms. We appreciated having plenty beach towels and some beach chairs to use during our stay. Overall we all agreed it could use a bit of updating (namely laundry machines and living room couches), but that didn’t get in the way of having a great stay.

The property itself is stunning. It was a perfect mix of both luxury and comfort. We had a large group of 11 people aged 8 to 80, and all loved the home. The property managers were responsive and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall it was very nice. The house was beautiful, the view was fantastic and the infinity pool was great. However the first step of the pool was slippery and two of our guests slipped and fell coming out of it, one of whom got banged up pretty badly. The listing said it had a hot tub but it was just a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. Also the air-conditioning was only in the 5 bedrooms.

Our multi-generation family loved our stay in this spacious house. The sunset view was magnificent . Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool. It was well supplied with beach equipment-cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards. The kitchen & barbecue was great. We hated to leave!!

Pros: -Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfy and the rooms weren’t tiny. Enough bathrooms for the number of rooms. -Beautiful view of the ocean from the backyard. -Well stocked- this house is better stocked than most of the rental houses I’ve stayed at. They are generous with the paper goods and laundry and dishwasher pods. They also have pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, swim fins and all kinds of other things you might need during your stay. They have a ton of small appliances too, kettle, blender rise cooker, crockpot, etc. they also have plenty of games. Cons:-The pool was the biggest disappointment for us. The pool is billed as being heated but it’s solar heated so if the sun isn’t out the pool doesn’t get warm. It was 78 and cloudy and the pool was 73 degrees. For context, 80 is really the minimum temp for comfortable recreational use. The pool was a main draw in booking this house for our kids to use but they could only last 5-10 minutes at that temperature. -Overall the house isn’t well kept up. We ran into many things that were broken like some of the grill burners, missing screws on the deck chairs, broken iron, broken pieces of deck on the steps to the pool. -Also there is no oven, but they do have an air fryer. I read this in other reviews so I was prepared but it was a bit of a drawback as we were cooking for 10 people.

The house is so comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and easy. The indoor/outdoor living on the first floor was great. And the views are epic. It was the best way to wake up with coffee and wind down with a drink every morning and night. The house is roomy and great.

We enjoyed our trip and stay at this location! It was great being closer to town, easy shopping downtown or along the Highway! Can’t wait to come back, hopefully sooner rather than later, it is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Be ready to see pigs, turkeys, peacocks, and a slew of other birds! This location would not be good for those looking to stay up late and make noise, we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the night and bird watching throughout the day

Fantastic home base!

Our stay at this property was 5 star the whole way. House was clean and inviting upon arrival. Slight issue with one of the beds, but Jesse the property manager came over and fixed it right away. Plenty of room for our group of 10 plus our grandbaby to spread out and get some quiet time if needed. The infinity pool was cool and refreshing. There are a ton of beach toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. There was even a beach umbrella! You won't be disappointed with your stay!

Comfy and spacious with a view!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 (6 adults + 3 kids) to spread out and sleep comfortably. Comfortable furniture overall and we appreciated that the house was stocked with lots of beach gear (umbrella, towels, chairs, snorkel masks and fins, etc.). The pool was just the right size for the kids in our group, and man what a view! Location was also ideal for us - nice and chill neighborhood that felt far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also just a few minute drive to center of town and multiple shopping complexes. We would definitely consider staying here again during a future visit.

Beautiful house for extended family holiday

We were a family group of 10 people, and we enjoyed this house immensely. Beautiful bedrooms, amazing pool, kitchen is well-equipped. Lots of pool toys and beach gear provided, which was a very nice touch. Pool gets lots of sunshine. Location is good -just a short drive from anything within the Kona area. Neighbourhood is quiet. Families with toddlers, note that the staircase is a bit perilous. Our kids are older so it was fine, but I would have been nervous about it with little ones.

Beautiful house, great for a big family.

Had a lovely week-long stay at this house recently with family, including kids aged 1-7. The house is clean, spacious, well-appointed and well set up for large groups. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Kitchen is well supplied - we had no issues cooking + preparing the bulk of our meals at the house. The extra pool toys, snorkels, goggles, boogie boards, and beach chairs were a really nice surprise, and made use of the pool and visits to the beaches much more pleasant. Would happily return!

Yuck!

I say “yuck” because the house was not clean, appliances were disgusting (refrigerator had corrosion on the outside!), washer and dryer was dirty. The overall house was in need of repair, found centipede in shower, cockroach in upstairs bathroom. Pool needs to be replastered. Advertised there is a putting green and spa couldn’t be found. Pictures are very deceptive, I would never recommend this place and has now made me not trust pictures on VRBO!! Gross and yucky!!

Overall, it's a nice property with great views.However, communication with the property manager and host wasn't great as they only responded to initial messages but didn't address my concerns.Cleanliness was definitely an issue. The linens were dirty and needed rewashing, most of the kitchen utensils and plates were also dirty and needed to be put through the dishwasher before being safe to use.There were some safety issues. The showers were very slippery and didn't have large enough anti slip mats. My mother ended up falling and fracturing her foot. The pool also has a piece of stone broken off near the step entrance which is very sharp.I've relayed the feedback to the host and really hope they fix the issues.
