July 4th family vacation

This house was beautifully decorated and had the comforts of home. It was very clean! The appliances were all new the bedroom rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked and had a cute coffee bar with automatic machine as well as a Kurig. The back yard was perfect for grilling and sitting out at night. The owners were very nice and checked to make sure we had everything we need and we’re enjoying ourselves. We would rent again

The home was immaculate, family friendly and the beach and restaurants were easily accessible. The host was very communicative when asked questions. We had a very positive experience!

We had a great time during our stay in Point Pleasant. The house was perfect. Close enough to the action but far enough away from the crowds. Everything was a 10 minute walk away. The beach 10 minutes. The inlet restaurants, 10 minutes. Downtown, Arnold Ave, 10 minutes. Hoffmans Ice Cream, 12 minutes. It was worth the extra 2 minute walk.The kitchen was well stocked. The garage was great for storing all our gear. Parking for two cars in the driveway plus two parking passes for street parking gave us everything we needed. There is a great backyard but we did not spend much time there.Each bedroom, plus the living room, had a split unit AC which kept the house at a perfect temperature, even on the hottest days.The house is on s quiet street in a neighborhood that seemed more local. The nights were quiet, even on the weekend.We will definitely look at renting here again next summer.
