The bedrooms were very big and comfortable with their own bathrooms. The kitchen had a lot of room for us to hang out together. Enjoyed the Theater room. The community pool was nice. The game room was great. In town there were lots of things to do.

This cabin was beautiful. The location was close to all the main attractions and shopping. Some of the people in my group had a concern about driving up the mountains. The cabin was not at the top of the mountains which was perfect.Our only issues which is minor.The can openers need to be replaced. We could no open our canned items.The jets in the bathroom on the second floor to the right did not work.The toilets are really low and not good for people with bad knees.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great place to stay!! Our family of 15 had a wonderful time. Plenty of room, great areas for entertainment and plenty of bedrooms. It had the best theater room we’ve ever had. The roads were snowy and icy but on the morning for check out they had them clear as a bell!! One of the best cabin trips we have had!!

Very Nice Cabin. Except for the BED BUGS

Everything was nice until we had encounters with BED BUGS. I would have requested this cabin again, minus the 2 designated parking spaces which wasn’t adequate. But those BED BUGS are totally unacceptable and ruined the chances of bragging on this nice cabin.

beautiful cabin but dated!!!

Cabin was beautiful! Great Location! Doors and outdoor furnishings broken. Upstairs tub leaked all the way to the basement! Not enough outdoor furniture on upper level! There were bugs and the showers were not cleaned! Doors opening to outside were hard to open! outside areas should be cleaned as well! but it was a nice cabin and. great location. parking sucks and there is a transformer right outside of cabin steps so it isn’t easy parking.

Missing Toilet Seat

The property was decent. One of the toilets was missing a seat, which is highly inconvenient with 13 people in the house. A jacuzzi tub on the top floor leaked into the tub on the floor below it, leaving the tub useless. The toilet was fixed; however, the tub was not.

Good rental overall

To be fair, I am a STR host & owner so my standards are high. Main pts below. Cleanliness - it was quite clean. EXCEPT the floors. Our bare feet were covered in black within hours. Not sure if it was a floor or carpet issue - but wear socks! Unit location - great! 10 min from Pigeon Forge. 30 to Gatlinburg. Not too crazy mountainous roads to trek. Parking - it says 2 spaces but we had 5 comfortably and wasn’t encroaching on our neighbor spaces. Amenities in unit - SPARCE. Lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc., but for a space that sleeps 18, 2 dishwashing tablets, an extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels isn’t going to cut it. We brought extras of everything so we were okay but be prepared to shop for the bare necessities and any cooking condiments (which also includes zip lock bags and aluminum foil, etc.) Unit itself - all cabins are going to be hot or cold. They are not built to be insulators. This holds true for this one. You hear every moment above and below you. Unit itself is in need of minor repairs - lots of burned out lights, two of the main ceiling fans on floor 3 do not work (which caused us to go out and purchase 2 box fans just to get air moving), basement toilet lid was broken, 1st level master bath toilet runs. Basic MX needed. Communication - fair. With ceiling fans out we would have hoped to either get fixed or be provided fans. Nada. :( Overall, okay stay. Could use some TLC.
