The subway station is less than 10min walk with so many places to eat around the area. From the NAIA International Airport is about half an hour with no traffic. Our stay at Fame Residences had both positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. We arrived with our booking ID, confirmation email, and valid identification, but the front desk would not accept these documents and required authorization from the condominium owner. Communication through the app was difficult, and although I asked questions to the email, i never received a response. As a result, we had to wait about an hour and a half before we were finally able to access the unit. On a positive note, the condominium itself is in a great location, is comfortable, and provided a pleasant stay once we were able to check in. I hope the management can improve the communication and check-in process for future guests.
