This was a quaint little place for us to stay for 2 days while we explored the area. It has a dedicated parking space, but you need to manually open and close a heavy gate to get in and out, so be aware of that. It has all the basics you need for a simple stay, but there is not a lot of room to spread out if you have lots of gear. Seating is limited to dining room chairs or an uncomfortable futon couch. It was clean and everything worked, but just not the most comfortable place to kick back and rest.

Linda and her partner did not follow the rules while staying with us. They blocked the entire front gate with their truck (to the extent it blocked our neighbor’s access) & very reluctantly moved their truck. I would not rent to these guests agan.

The cozy cabin is a perfect description of this vacation rental. As a solo traveler on this trip, I felt safe. It was comfortable and was sufficiently stocked. Also, the fee was very reasonable.

Property is cute, clean, and cozy! Functions perfectly as a landing pad between trips to the beach! Walking distance to the nearest diner, it is centrally located and super convenient.

This was exactly what we needed as our base to explore the area including Bandon and Florence. Very cute accommodations, clean and well maintained. All the amenities to cook or prepare your own meals. Grind and bring your own coffee if you are a coffee snob. We were very happy with the Cozy Cabin.

Very clean. Well furnished with lots of towels and basics for living. When parking be sure you open rolling gate, then pull in to the right of the tiny house and close rolling gate.

Awesome well cepped and clean. Location great, TV and WiFi πŸ‘, even the bed was comfy and with fresh linen, but that futon in the living room sucked. So what thank you for a great week long vacation!

Cute Little Place

It was a nice stay while I am in town for work. Everything was very tidy and clean. The only issue I had was there was only about 7-8 mins of warm water in the shower; I had to hustle once it dropped in temperature. Otherwise, I was comfortable. Thank you.
