Upon entering this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront condo, you will immediately notice the large windows and sliding glass doors that allow balcony access to amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. A fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare your favorite meal or have all you need to enjoy one of the many wonderful eateries that deliver. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, you are close to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and of course the beach. Seven miles from the airport and speedway. Offering ONE assigned underground parking spot, 24-hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television, Wi-Fi, beachfront communal pool, fitness center, and sauna, what more could you ask for.

**UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete restoration project for the building. The North end of the building is currently being worked on since August '22. This unit is located on the South end of the building where noise can be heard during work hours of M-F 8 AM - 5 PM weather permitting. POOL IS OPEN and temporary beach stairs are open

Wonderful place!

The condo was beautiful, set right on the beach with ocean views from every room in the condo. Large balcony. Was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend! Ginger was amazing and made sure we settled in nicely. Such a real treat!

Nice place to stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Alot of noise from current construction during the day. Beach was nice due to few people being there. Area was quiet. Parking garage is tight but managable.
