Recently renovated modern apartment across the street from the beach and by the large Heritage Park for your enjoyment. Located in the exclusive Sunny Isles Beach within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. It is just minutes away from Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Racing and Casino.

This is One Bedroom with over 1,000 square feet apartment with beautiful intercostal and city views from the balcony.

The Apartment has the following amenities:

This spacious and open concept condo comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Fresh linens, towels, beach chairs and towels and pool towels. Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, stove top, oven, dishwasher, and utensils.

The apartment door is smart lock operated, instructions to be provided the day of your check in.

There is a mandatory one-time resort fee per unit per stay payable to the front desk upon check-in. This allows guests the use of the building amenities such as the gym, pool and parking. The resort fee is $41.50 USD, payable once for the group staying (not per person). Each guest over 18 will receive a bracelet which will grant them access to these common areas.

Guests are responsible for replacing lost garage and building entry keys. The replacement of garage door opener is $100 and the building entry key is $20.

Large and heavy packages (over 30 lbs.) $10.00
NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO PETS inside the apartment. Violators will be fined $500.00

Spotless, stylish and great little balcony with a view. We stayed here for all the Miami Grand Prix days. It was a relaxing place to come home to as it was a residential building with regular people going about their lives by the beach. Publix very close, but just out of walking distance. A great landing pad!The grand prix runs free shuttles from the Aventura metro station 1.7 miles away to Hard Rock Stadium. You cannot take a bus to that station, only to the Aventura mall which has no overhead pedestrian connector to it, even though it is just across Biscayne Blvd and the rail tracks. We parked on the residential streets by the station.The Aventura Mall was rated as the best mall in America by USA Today and now we know why. Wow.The air conditioner was pretty noisy. You could hear your neighbors, but it was all just family noises and no horrible parties.
