The property was spotless. We hosted a gathering of 17 people and the house and lovely manicured yard handled it beautifully. The beds were so cozy and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The hosts are incredible. Thank you for a beautiful, tranquil place to land during a difficult time for us. Purpose of our visit was for a memorial service of a family member.

This home was perfect for our short stay for a Seahawks game weekend for us as 4 adults. The property is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and is clean and well designed and decorated. He beds were very comfortable and the main shower was probably the best design I have experienced. The well supplied kitchen and all other amenities made this a perfect spot to relax and enjoy what Seattle has to offer. I would definitely stay here again if ever there is an opportunity.

Entire home was very clean, great selection of books and board games. Beautiful yard, close to airport and close enough to all touristy parts of Seattle without being in the heart of the city itself. Air conditioning is a huge plus and worked perfectly!

The Fern Haus was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we loved the quiet, charming neighborhood. The home was easy to find, and the exterior was beautifully maintained. As soon as we walked inside, it had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home.Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting space. The bedrooms were the perfect size, with plenty of closet space, and the beds were comfortable. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made traveling from out of state so much easier. The outdoor space was just as impressive. The jacuzzi was perfectly heated and made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. We traveled as a family of five—three adults and two kids—and the home accommodated us comfortably. The location was another big plus. It was conveniently close to the airport and grocery stores, while still being just far enough from the city to enjoy some peace and quiet. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely book The Fern Haus again. Highly recommend!

We loved every part of our stay here! The furniture, appliances, and linens were high quality and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the backyard and hot tub were perfect places to spend time. We were so impressed by the amenities, like the surplus of towels, the heated floor in the bathroom, and built-in closets. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, and despite being right next to the airport, the plane noise wasn't disruptive to sleep. If we have reason to stay in the area again, we will absolutely be rebooking this property!

This house is bigger than I expected. The kitchen is very large, two living rooms and an amazing yard. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom (bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the closets and bed are all one needs!...and make sure you check out the closets!).The yard is private and beautiful!I would love to buy this house! They left us with snacks/drinks and even coffee! (We brought our own, but I appreciated it!)Highly recommend.

Everything was as described and Gretchen was an amazing communicator. Our family was very busy because we were in town for a wedding and didn't get to spend that much time here as we would've liked. Nevertheless it was a wonderful home base for us, very comfortable, close to shopping and the airport. Ideal location. Thanks so much to our hosts. With aloha, your friends from Hawaii.
