Plum Pad: Condo Overlooking the Ocean
You don’t have a lot of time, when you take a break, you want to relax fast. This is the place for you. Wake up to the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your coffee as the beach comes alive. Listen to the waves all day.
If you decide to leave this calming space, you will find you are, steps from the beach. It’s a 15 minute walk to all the bars, casino and action. And a short drive up the scenic coast to Portsmouth, NH and Maine.
The space
Third floor condo with an outdoor pool (no elevator). Includes one bedroom, one bathroom, washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen, open space living room and large deck overlooking the ocean.
Guest access
The entire condo and large deck is private. The pool is shared with the other 9 units.

Parking space is the first spot closest to the back of the building and is 2 car lengths deep, 3N...

My husband Marc and I live in Hampton Beach most of the year, but we stay on our boat, Sugar Plum, in Boston for the 12 weeks of Summer.
Why they chose this property
When we bought this property, a Northeaster Storm was brewing, and we were mesmerized by the view and the power of the Ocean.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location. Plum Pad is in a quiet 10-Unit condo development just South of Boar's Head. The view from the front deck spans the entire beach. You'll be just far enough North to be out of the business of the beach traffic, but a 3-5 minute walk (without worrying about finding parking) to be on the beach. Or you're a one minute walk to the swimming pool.
