This well kept home is just outside charming Eureka Springs, AR, known as the Little Switzerland of America or the San Francisco of the Ozarks.
Shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, lakes and rivers are at your fingertips. The home has features that cater to motorcyclists, including a paved, circular driveway w/two entrances to Hwy 62, a garage that accommodates at least 4 motorcycles/trikes with ample receptacles for plugging in battery chargers.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing full meals so you can save by not eating out all the time if you like. The spacious deck in is a great place to relax, cook out, but (never move the grill under the overhang of the deck) and have a soak in the hot tub. There is a big fenced yard that accommodates children, pets and yard games if you want to bring some toys.
Please note that our rate is for 2 people using one bedroom and one bath. Adding additional guests will incur an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

Re: Hot tub: Before using guests must shower thoroughly w/soap. Do not add anything to water like bubble bath, scents etc. Close cover when done!

Thermostats at 55 in winter when temps could fall below freezing. Otherwise, turn it off.

Great location & the house was more than perfect. Tons of room, everything you need. Loved how we could sit outside on the front of the house & watch traffic. Then we could sit on the deck on the back of the house & it felt like you were not in town. The property manager is amazing, very responsive. Hopefully we are able to come back to Eureka Springs & if we do, this will be our first go to!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well maintained, private, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, making the stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here! Close to everything we enjoy in Eureka Springs. House had plenty of room and our dogs loved the backyard and HUGE deck outside. We look forward to staying here again in October for our daughter's wedding.Only real issue was shower in master bedroom did not have very hot water-everything else was above and beyond expectations.

Home was immaculate. So much room and well appointed. Loved the deck. Great for reading and listening to all the birds. Location was great. Very close to downtown Eureka Springs. Only complaint was the master bed was noisy. Other than that, we loved the house and would definitely stay again.

My family of 5 loved this VRBO, so spacious and roomy. Hot tub was fabulous. My only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy and every time I moved or my husband moved i was awake . Maybe consider a new matress. But LOVED it, would stay again.

The house and location was great. The only issue we had was the shower in the master bathroom the water would only get warm, the hot water from the sink in the master bath would get a lot hotter, than the shower.
