Unit was very clean, great location, check in/out was easy, convenient and accommodating. Kitchen was stocked with many basic essentials. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the wifi was poor downstairs living room tv connection was awful to stream live tv and the World Cup matches were playing during our stay.

Check-in was very easy. The home was located in a nice area with plenty of options for restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was impeccably clean. On site parking was good. We were visiting family so the only amenity we used was the wonderful beach access. Property was very secure. The only small issue was a mold problem with the front loading washing machine. A notorious problem with front loaders. We would definitely stay at this location again.

You cannot see the beach from the place but it's not a far walk to see the view. Everything was clean and spacious. There was plenty of food options within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

A little disappointing....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is two floors, but still feels very small. The bathrooms are very tight. The unit is very clean. The bedrooms are nice with lovely linens. The living room furniture is not particularly comfortable. The unit has three very large televisions, but a total pain to operate. Each tv was more difficult to operate and there didn’t appear to be actual cable....just a number of streaming channels that you could input your own account information into. If you’re older, this may be a great unit, but I would urge families with kids under age of 18 to go with another option. It is not outfitted with the type of items one would expect in a beach vacation rental. There are no beach towels.The complex itself is well maintained, but at least one of the spas was closed the entire week we were there.This unit is fine. It does not have a view, which is why it’s priced reasonably, but it doesn’t do anything to make up for the lack of view. That is my issue. The issue with the televisions was a glaring indicator of why this unit fails. Basic amenities like basic cable should not be in question.

We apologize that the beach towels were missed, every vacation rental is supplied with them, and we encourage guests to reach out if anything is ever needed during their stay. Our vacation team is on‑site seven days a week and available by phone or text, and we would have been happy to bring towels by right away. Most of our vacation rentals offer streaming services rather than traditional cable, as this provides a wider variety of viewing options for guests. We are happy you found the complex well maintained, and we hope to welcome you back to another Stubbs property that’s a perfect fit for your next visit to the coast.

Good stay

Location is great. Initially had issues with WiFi and ants but property management helped address these issues promptly. We needed to stay another night due to flight issues and the property manager was helpful in accommodating us. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, but we would never rent a 2 story condo again. Too many steps for us oldie but goodies, the place is beautiful.Staff was very nice except for Jennifer, she must need her own vacation. If nothing else do not let her answer the phone. She is very short on the phone gives 2-3 word answers. She really never helped us with anything, she acted as if I was bothering her. Maybe she is a relative of the owner bc anyone else would not keep this job. I am so sorry Jennifer is not happy at work. She should find a job she truly enjoys!!! ,

My only feedback is that the living room furniture is uncomfortable and smells terrible, so we really didn't spend time there. Otherwise everything is well maintained and very clean.
