Guests enjoy access to resort-style community amenities such as two swimming pools (one with a nearby hot tub), tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, greenbelts, clubhouse, and walking paths. Located just minutes from Grandview Beach, the home also includes a two-car garage, an in-unit washer and dryer, and beach gear. Please note the community enforces strict quiet hours with 24/7 decibel monitoring, a 7-night minimum.

The hosts are great, very communicative. Access to the gated community and the unit was easy. The condo is beautiful, sitting on a bluff so close to the ocean we had to look down to see the waves crashing on the beach. There were just two of us on this trip, but its three bedrooms make it perfect for our family of five, and we're eager to return with them.
