Wonder weekend get away! Great location for lake jocassee. We rented a boat during our stay. Place was quite and clean. Will be staying again in the future. Mary was easy to communicate with
This was a delightful stay in a unique setting. The only thing that's not highlighted were the beautiful rose and gardenia bushes in full bloom. It is located literally minutes to Devils Fork State Park.
Due to storm damage was unable to stay in the dome but the owners were very accommodating and had another place for us to stay. Location to Devil's Fork State Park was perfect. Everything was clean and even though small had all we needed.
Mary was a fantastic host. Our van broke down 6 minutes away from the Dome so we didn't get in until later. We found our TV wasn't working so I got a hold of Mary and she came within 10 minutes to help fix the issue. She replaced the TV when she couldn't figure it out and when she found out about our car troubles, she even offered to take us the next day to the store to stock up on food. Mary really did go above and beyond with her hosting us in her wonderful Dome home. My partner and I can't wait to plan another stay there!
Amazing location next to lake, brewery, coffee house, live music. Very clean, awesome AC. However, very. Lowe to the road and if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by cars driving by. Very cool experience though. Was not disappointed.
A close hook or bathroom hook on the door for your towel would be great. The pull out couch mattress was terrible and I hate to pillows on the bed. Everything else was good.
