At Coastal Casa enjoy the waves, the breeze, and a quick walk to the sand.

This amazing beach getaway has four bedrooms, 3 baths, and an additional living space/tv room. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and main living areas. With a deck on each level, there's plenty of space for family and friends to spread out and enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage watching the waves roll in. The house has its own Apple TV, Hulu, and Netflix accounts. Four beach chairs and a beach bag are available for your use during your stay. Comfy bed linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are NOT provided. There isn't an ice maker.

We have always loved beach vacations. The serenity a couples getaway can provide to having the whole family or a group of friends for uninterrupted quality time together.

Why they chose this property

Jamaica Beach is a small community. Growing up my family had a place here, so it is wonderful to come full circle; share this wonderful place with our daughter and others who love small beach communities too.

What makes this property unique

The way the house is layed out, it works well for both small and larger groups. The second living space on the second floor allows for two different age groups to be separated and still together (great for two families to send kids upstairs to hang out and grown ups can gather downstairs). Having to levels of living space also facilitates those times that one (or more) people need to go to sleep before the rest of the group.
