About this property

105 Pets Are A Plus - Summer Sands Suites

This suite is located on the first floor with a private balcony overlooking our saltwater pool. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy style queen size bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cook top and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are provided. Free WIFI is included. Parking is limited to ONE car per condo and policy is strictly enforced. Daily maid service is offered and all linens and towels are included. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. This condo does allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Please note that a pet fee and refundable pet deposit is required at check-in.

Great Location

Easiest walk to the beach without being on the beach. It is a motel, which I was unaware of. Nonetheless, it was very clean and great for us. Plus it was pet friendly!

Great place if traveling with your dogs

Check-in and out process was great and very straight forward. If you are traveling with dogs this is a great place to stay. Near several restaurants and groceries are near by if you choose to cook. Note bedroom is not behind a door in case you're traveling with friends or family.
