Nice house but no communication w/ issues

Horrible infestation in the basement. A caterpillar was underneath my blanket & it’s hairs got stuck in my skin. Which caused burning, itching, hives $ prickling. My one year old also got some of the hair on him & broke out in hives. When I called customer service, the property manager never got back to me. There was no apology, no nothing. This property shouldn’t be rented out if there’s an infestation. Especially when young children are staying there. It’s been 2 days since the incident & my arm is still swollen, itchy & breaking out in even more hives

Just what we needed....

Perfect cozy cabin by the lake. Compliments to the hosts for making sure everyone was thought of to entertain kids and adults rain or shine. TV was a little slow but the games, darts, 3-in-1 fooz, air hockey, mini-ping-pong gave us hours of entertainment. Easy exit with little to do. Made for a great end of weekend.
