Family Friendly Beach Condo

Property is located on Lyon’s Bay, in Nokomis, Florida. This three-bedroom upstairs unit of a Condo is situated within a ten minute walk to Nokomis Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Open kitchen fully equipped, Office area. Wi-Fi
Large master suite with King bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom features four twin beds, walk-in closet and its own full bath. Your stay comes with access to kayaks and paddle boards which can be launched from a floating dock. Also available for your use are beach chairs and coolers, and bicycles.
This is a two story condo, the whole second floor is the upper unit except for a shared laundry room located on the second floor with separate entrance.

Great Nokomis Rental

The place was just like the pictures as advertised. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The unit was very clean. We will definitely try to rent this place again if we are in the area again

My brother and I traveled to Venice for our father's funeral, and we were incredibly grateful for the accommodations, which provided the perfect retreat during such a difficult time. What a blessing it was to us to have a place to rest, reflect, and relax while taking in the breathtaking view of the bay. Dan was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was immaculate, with comfortable beds, soft towels, great location and everything we could possibly need. Thank you, Dan, for making our stay so peaceful.

Our family knew the moment we opened the door that this was going to be a special place! The beautiful and peaceful bay stands out in panoramic view framed perfectly by the windows that span the entire back wall of this spectacular home! The home was wonderfully decorated and pristinely clean. You can tell our host Dan has put a lot of thought and pride creating such a wonderful home. It is stocked with just about everything you might need on a vacation in sunny Florida. My wife and I kayaked for hours on the double kayak. Our son and nephew caught a bunch of snook and even a smaller Barracuda while fishing from kayaks!!! The private back deck was just perfect for morning coffee, mid-day sun bathing or playing board games with family in the evening. Our favorite by far was 80’s Trivia!! Thank you Dan for a glorious week you are a gracious host! Matt and Carrie W.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The owners were responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless.Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a home base to explore the area, this condo is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!
