About this property

Welcome to Valhalla

Enjoy our little slice of heaven under the watchful eye of Odin on Spotted Mountain, in the lovely town of Rangeley. Our cozy cottage was built by our father in 2000, and hosts a beautiful field stone fireplace and large deck to enjoy the scenery. The local region features Saddleback Mt ski area, snowmobiling trails, as well as abundant hiking trails and lakes in the area. We only rent by the month ($3000/mo), or the week of Christmas ($2000/wk)

Wonderful remote stay!

We loved our time in Rangeley! The house was wonderful—lots of space for our family five to spread out during our month long stay. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we could need, we loved hours of games and puzzles at the kitchen table, and sitting and reading every night. We were looking for a place to unplug and disconnect and this was perfect! We loved swimming at the lake in town, checking out the library, exploring the restaurants, shops and gallery’s as well as hiking and kayaking the numerous lakes, mountains and rivers! The host was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Ann and her family were a pleasure to host and left the house immaculate! We look forward to their return.
