The property includes a gourmet kitchen with 6-burner gas stove, built-in icemaker, beverage fridge and coffee bar, sleeping for 18-20, two laundry rooms, seating for 14 around the dining room table and island, game room with foosball and ping pong for family fun and air conditioning for the warm summer months. We are less than a 5-minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants and Rangeley Lake and 15 minutes from Saddleback. You can easily access snowmobile trails from the property.

Our family of five (three sons) and three dachshunds live in Midcoast Maine, when not staying in Rangeley. We enjoy boating, skiing and snowmobiling so building a home in beautiful Rangeley, Maine had been a dream for some time. We are excited to share it with others so that they can enjoy this beautiful area too.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a property with easy access to downtown amenities without being too far from Saddleback. Pleasant Street allows us to walk to the shops, restaurants, parks and theater and it is only a 10-15 minute drive to the mountain.

What makes this property unique

This property is built for family and friends! We often have people join us over the weekend so it was important that we had space to spread out and accommodate everyone. With the giant bunk room with its own private bathroom the kids are happy. In addition, there is a first floor primary suite and two additional queen bedrooms that share a third full bathroom so there is room for everyone. And if you need a bit more space there is a nifty nook that can sleep two more. Combine the sleeping spaces with the game room (foosball and ping pong) and spacious, open concept first floor kitchen/living/dining room and it is the ideal place for gathering and entertaining.
