Over 1800 sq.ft. in this charming , modern farmhouse. Private driveway with a north and east entry. Large, beautiful trees surround the property. A large family room with 75inch t.v. and kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch in a rocking chair or on the back patio. Every room has a smart tv, for your viewing enjoyment. There is a desk area in the sitting room for those who might have to catch up on work, while enjoying their stay.

Large open kitchen and dining area. Stocked coffee bar. Kitchen stocked with all essentials and more.

2 Main floor full bathrooms, one off dining room and one off the mud room. supplied with toiletries. There is NO bathroom upstairs.

From the beaches of California, to the Mountains of Colorado and finally to the wooded countryside of the Midwest where I now reside. The Kansas City Metro area is now home and I love it. The people that live here are so nice and genuine. There is so much to see and do. I sincerely hope that everyone who visits my home will feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

My husband and I fell in love with the large old trees on this charming property. An old farmhouse built at the turn of the 20th century that has been updated to suit all of your modern needs.

This property is a slice of history and is located in a prime location near freeways with access to many venues, restaurants and sites in the Kansas City Metro area within a 15 to 20 minute drive.
