Stylish cozy one story home with an excellent and quiet location in Lost Creek subdivision, three bedrooms with a split floor plan, totally remodeled and new furniture with our guests in mind in every detail, 2 full bath and a work space designated area, nestled on a very family oriented Cul Du Sac and kids friendly, large backyard with dinning area, Grill and Hammock for your family gathering. Strictly no parties, no smoking or vaping inside the house, easy access to west park & 99 Hwy

One story with 3 bedrooms , two dinning areas and a Master bathroom with spacious garden tub, excellent location minutes from west park and Grand Parkway. Strictly no Parties or gathering, kindly no trespassing to neighbors yard or block driveway of our neighbors. You can Park inside garage & the driveway of our property.

The house and location weren’t luxurious, but nice and totally fine for my long stay of almost two months. It’s a convenient area for shopping, groceries, dining and coffee if your purpose is to be in this general part of Houston. The traffic here is crazy. The experience could be better with improved accessibility to the home. There is neither a key to use the front door nor a garage opener. Entry/exit is only possible by manually entering a code on the garage door. It would also be a nice touch to fix all the blinds. Linda, the host, was responsive to my text messages and brought me a delivery that went to the mailbox. She arranged for a late departure of 2.5 hours.

Total Disappointment

In a world where nothing is perfect, we were very prepared to deal with a few problems but this house was ridiculous and even when we tried to work things out, the host was dishonest, deceptive and unreasonable. We were absolutely shocked by what we walked into and the overall condition of this home. This house was unsanitary and many features listed were either broken down or missing, including heating/a/c (remotely controlled by host), fireplace (disabled), no water pressure in master shower and most of the blinds in house were broken.The list goes on. In total disclosure, the back yard was well kept and comfortable, the floor plan was open and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and nice. No more positives about this house. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!

However, we also want to clarify that when we met with you, your primary concern was the thermostat, which was damaged by you on December 24 at 4 AM. Despite this, we prioritized your comfort and replaced it by 9 AM on December 25, even during the holiday. We appreciate your kind words about the backyard, floor plan, and neighborhood, and we will continue working to improve all aspects of the home for future guests. Your feedback helps us grow, and we sincerely hope for the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
