Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking. A $250 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no smoking inside buildings and no parties. Minimum age of 25 years old to book.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $100 pet fee. Prior approval needed. Must follow pet rules under the description.

Sum Beaches is amazing, reasonably priced, large cottages, great fenced in back area for socializing, (only item is a hot tub) every cottage is fully equipped. The owners are genuine and very accommodating!

This home had everything we needed for two adults, plus 18, 15, and 11 year old. The host was immediately responsive to the couple small things that came up and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This place is magnificent!! The property is amazing, the cottages are clean and stocked full of everything you could need (except food), and you couldn't ask for a better staff! O and the rates are very reasonable. I recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect place. Very close to everything! I will be back. (In September)

Simply perfect!!

This was my second stay at Sum Beaches Paradise, it won’t be my last! The location is minutes from everything Navarre, including beaches, restaurants and water sports. The cottages are well stocked and immaculate and my fur baby is always welcome! The best option for a comfy, welcoming stay without killing the budget. If I could give it 6 stars, I would😎

Came to stay with another couple for 7 days. Everything was great! The beds are soft the place was spotless! The service was instant when we had a little issue with the door code. Met some wonderful guest while we were at the outdoor pavilion. Super close to the grocery store, restaurants and souvenir shops. Walking distance!!! The beach is so close too. Definitely recommend this place! The owners, the property and let’s not forget that Key Lime pie!!!! You won’t be disappointed. :)

Our entire family of 23 members thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sum Beaches Paradise Cottages.

There were many positives about the Sum Beaches Paradise Cottages and no negatives. The positives include: 1. The close proximity to the beach, an incredible pier to watch sharks and all types of fish being caught, local shops and the main attractions of the area. 2. Each cottage was a very clean, roomy, and well stocked 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. 3. The entire back area is enclosed with a fence which provides safety and security for children and pets. 4. The back area includes a large covered (Tiki styled) structure which gives protection from the rain and the sun for relaxing, and enjoying visiting and eating your meals. Some chairs are provided but you might need to bring some and your tables. 5. Two grills and a fire pit are provided 6. Toys are there for the little ones to play with in the sand. 7. A very responsive owner who obviously put a lot of thought and preparation into making everyone's stay very pleasant.

Sum Beaches was an incredible experience! Lovely, clean, modern accommodations with excellent additions like a fire pit with wood supplied, shady outdoor seating, games and a tiki hut complete with grills for evening family get togethers! Only minutes from beautiful Navarre Beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and local shopping! The spacious three bedroom units were beautifully decorated with beach accents from end to end and offered WiFi, TV, washer and dryer, and a complete kitchen which everything you need including the flatware and dishes! Each unit has a front porch with chairs and privacy that surpasses most five star hotels! My wife hosted both our adult daughters and three of our grandchildren for a wonderful family get together and had an incredible experience! I highly recommend Sum Beaches to anyone looking for an affordable yet really fun option when wanting accommodations while in Navarre and the beautiful Florida gulf coast region! Five stars out of five stars for Sum Beaches and the entire crew that makes this affordable venue so comfortable, clean and friendly!
