Studio Condo. Frontbeach Rd. Sleeps 4.Closest property to the gulfs edge you will find in PCB. Covered balcony on first floor with added balcony underneath in the sand. Just few steps to the water. Walking distance to many restaurants and right across street from GoKarts, Mini Golf and Arcade. If you do not like the crowds at high rise condos then this is place for you. Room has queen bed, daybed w/trundle, small kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator. Runaway Island ,Alvins Island, and several other shops and restaurants just few buildings away. Donut shop with coffee across Frontbeach .

Great value and Rhonda was so accommodating and communicative! The room was perfect for my daughter and I and we had everything we needed in the little kitchen. The location is perfect, close enough to restaurants and Pier Park but that area of the beach doesn’t get super crowded! We loved our stay and will be back!

Owner sent the entry code and access codes for the beach and pool early allowing us to enter the condo as soon as we arrived. The facility is older but very well maintained. Each condo is different but this one was very cute and felt like home. Tons of blankets and pillows for everyone Every thing was perfect for our stay. No noise problems, weather was great and the beach was clean and beautiful. We loved it.
