Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Blue River. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining table that seats 6. The private wrap-around patio off the dining area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, lots of windows with mountain views and natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser, mounted Smart TV, and treed mountain views. The amazing. 3-story, 3 bedroom -3.5 bathroom home easily accommodated 6 of us from 3 generations of family. Great location on the Blue River walking distance to Target, Murdoch’s, and Mercado La Perla. Great mountain and river views. Essentially brand new and clean home with excellent furnishings and amenities. We would certainly stay here again.

We had quick easy access to Breck, Frisco and Dillon. Silverthorne had a lot to offer if that’s your only destination. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked and there were even games to play. We would stay here again without hesitation. Laundry was a great bonus. Bathrooms and sleeping rooms were big. Garage was nice and parking was easy.

Nice property but…

Nice property, great location, but the condos are still being worked on. We had to contend with construction crews on our back patio and on ladders right outside. My wife and I literally woke up to a man on a ladder outside our second story bedroom window one morning. Completely unacceptable! This is info that should have been presented up front. Honestly, I would have chosen another place had I known. It’s a shame really because the place is great outside of that experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1-Condo was very nice, clean and roomy. It is located close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The back porch was a nice feature.2-Being there in August with no air conditioning and having windows open in the bedroom, was an issue for sleeping due to the highway noise.3-Living room sofa was beginning to show wear on the arms.4-Parking was also an issue as we were instructed to park in the garage or in front of the garage and someone owning a white pickup 8truck kept parking in front of the garage leaving us to find another parking location.5-Grounds behind the condo needed landscape maintenance but was a nice view especially from the back porch.6-We had one issue with the television and called the property manager. It was after hours since we checked in after normal hours. The person on call did not know how to address it but said they would send someone to come out the next morning. The next morning, called to see if we could get a time frame and the office person was able to address the issue over the phone. 7-The guide that was emailed was very helpful and made checking in very easy. A good feature after a long day of traveling.Suggestion: add the issue from #6 above to the troubleshooting portion of the guide.8-Condo was well stocked for our initial needs. It has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The latter was important to us since we were there for a wedding.

This property is exactly as pictured. Clean and well stocked, great for family to have their own spaces/bathrooms and spend time together as well. Close to many restaurants as well as beautiful Lake Dillon. Very nice to have a garage, too. Entry and communication was super easy, but we never had any issues or needed to reach out during our stay. Would book again. Only thing to note is that it is close to a busy road. The bit of noise did not bother us. Appreciated having everything we needed to cook dinner a few times. Would recommend!

The home was well stocked with supplies (garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc) as well as had all the kitchen supplies we could have wanted....we cooked every night! The heated garage was super nice for our ski trip and being able to leave items in there overnight. Home was clean and we would recommend it to anyone!!! We would definitely choose it again!

Modern decor done tastefully and can see why described as luxury as it truly is! Wrap around deck was very much appreciated. We talked to an owner in complex doing maintenance on trail. He and his wife recommended our favorite trail. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable and clean townhome. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen including a keurig and coffee maker, crock pot and tools to bake with. Nicely decorated, wasn’t cluttered. Outdoor chairs but no table. The bedrooms that face road are unfortunately noisy, since the townhome sits off of main road. Also means very close to restaurants and outlets.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental.
