Clean unit was great for our ski trip! The 4:30 check in time really limits the day and was not able to get an earlier check-in.

We understand that a 4:30 PM check-in can feel limiting, especially when you’re eager to make the most of your time on the mountain. Our check-in time is standard for this area due to extremely high turnover rates between guests, particularly during ski season. This allows our housekeeping team the necessary time to thoroughly clean and prepare each home to ensure it’s in great condition for arrival.
While we aren’t always able to accommodate early check-ins, we do our best to offer them when availability allows. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again in the future!
Great place. Perfect layout for our group of three. Everyone got their own bed and bathroom. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. Great location. 30 minutes or less to all the resorts we went to. Lots of grocerie stores and restaurants near by.

This unit is spacious, clean, homey and well equipped. There was room for all of us to visit and enough space to be separate when needed. We really like the extra bathroom space. The garage is narrow for anything larger than a small SUV; just fold the mirrors on your suburban or pickup and it barely fits. It is very convenient to Keystone, Breck, Copper and Vail. I would highly recommend this place!

This property is exactly as pictured. Clean and well stocked, great for family to have their own spaces/bathrooms and spend time together as well. Close to many restaurants as well as beautiful Lake Dillon. Very nice to have a garage, too. Entry and communication was super easy, but we never had any issues or needed to reach out during our stay. Would book again. Only thing to note is that it is close to a busy road. The bit of noise did not bother us. Appreciated having everything we needed to cook dinner a few times. Would recommend!

We loved this property. Everything was clean and well organized. The location was minutes from any amenities you might need locally and within reasonable driving distance of many sights and trails. Perfect rental for an adventurous Colorado getaway!

We stayed here only for one night, but it was amazing!! A short drive from downtown, but if it was the summer could have taken the walking path. Everything was clean and organized and was great for my group. Hopefully in the future we can stay for a longer visit.
We were so pleased with this place and all of its great features! The big kitchen with all the things you need for cooking, the welcoming living room and the big spacious bedrooms and baths as well as the loft with more sleeping options! Such a great and restful place! I highly recommend!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
