Very roomy house with plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked with everything you need. Hot water to master bath took a long time .Had trouble with pump on pool. Had to turn on manualy everyday.

Spring Break

We had a great time at TJ’s place!! It is a beautiful place, and TJ communicated well to inform us of anything we needed to know. There were just a few negatives that prevent me from giving 5 stars. The pool is not heated, so we weren’t able to use it much during our stay. It’s a nice neighborhood, but it is about 30 minutes away from the beach. Just some things to be aware of if you choose to stay here. Overall, we were very happy spednding our Spring Break here!!

Spacious and quiet

We loved the spacious house. It was just as the pictures show. They could use more sitting in the living area. The tv was difficult for us over 70 to figure out. Wish the pool was heated. The negative was the Place was not cleaned from previous renters at our check in time. We contacted the host and he was quick to get the cleaning crew there. We to wait 4 hours however before we got occupancy.
