WE RENT SUNDAY TO SUNDAY IN JULY AND AUGUST. MIN 7 DAYS
The beach. Perfect for children, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing. 3 bed, two bath, Cozy Private Beach. right out the door wall. Three flat screen TV. All appliances including Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. Microwave and Coffee Pot. Fully stocked kitchen.
Sandy shallow beach perfect for all ages. Long, wide EZ dock on Deer Lake. Public Access for boats available. 10 minutes from town.
20 min from Petoskey, Charlevoix and Gaylord. Two story with upstairs master. Newly remodeled kitchen and first floor bathroom with handicap access.

We had a great stay at the Deer Lake Chalet. The water was warm, clear, and shallow for the kids to swim and play. My husband and son caught multiple bass, blue gill, and pike. The chalet was clean and very accommodating - kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans. We would recommend staying here if you’re wanting to experience northern Michigan on the lake.

We brought our paddle boards, kayaks, and even our little boat, and had so much fun making the most of the beautiful weather. Evenings spent grilling out and sitting around the fire were some of our favorite memories. My cousin even got engaged on the beautiful pier making this house a special place for our family. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The hosts were very responsive, although we hardly needed anything because everything was so well prepared and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Wonderful place

We are so pleased and happy about our rental! The place, the beach house but also the surroundings exceeded our expectations i have to say. We are ready to come back next year! The chalet was very clean and comfortable, the lake so peaceful and quiet! We loved our stay

My family finally had its first vacation in a very long time and we decided to stay here. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE! We found it located in a perfect central location to hit every popular tourist destination in Northern Michigan. After days of traveling around my kids were more upset on having to leave the chalet then going to see the popular cities! The house was comfortable and the lake was beautiful. The breeze that sweeps through the house felt amazing. We spent many days fishing the lake and lounging in the back yard. If you bring a boat, make sure you bring some sand anchors for it is a bit shallow to the dock but other than that the lake was warm and the trees around the back yard provided a cool breezy place to relax. The communication with the hosts was beyond expectations. They gave helpful instructions and made our stay and travel less stressful. Already planning our vacation next year.
