Great Place to Stay!!

We really enjoyed every part of our stay at this place. Everything was perfect and it was in a great location! We loved sitting out on the balcony relaxing in the morning. It was a great spot to watch the air show this weekend as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at White Sands Villa! 🌴☀️ We had such an amazing experience staying at White Sands Villa! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy some much needed time at the beach! One of the things that truly made our stay so special was Megan! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the families staying at the properties she manages, and that means so much! It’s rare to find someone who goes out of their way to make sure your vacation is everything you hoped it would be, but Megan did exactly that! We loved having such a peaceful, comfortable place to come back to after spending our days enjoying beautiful Panama City Beach. The villa was everything we needed for a memorable family getaway, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and three little girls who are already asking when we can go back! ❤️ A huge thank you to Megan for taking such great care of us and making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely stay at White Sands Villa again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Panama City Beach! We can’t wait to come back! 🌊🐚💕

Very satisfied

Communication was excellent! Check in was easy! My daughter used the key pad each time . It was easier for me to use the key each time and put the key back. Very roomy!!! Beds were comfy! The air worked very well! I enjoyed listening to the frogs. We were lucky and caught a golf cart each time almost to take and bring us back from across the street for the beach and lagoon pool. Very convenient to a Publix , Starbucks, chick fil- a! Would stay again!!

Great Option for Edgewater Beach Resort Stay

This villa was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. Megan was super friendly, communicative … and everything you hope for in a host. Everything we needed for our stay was provided (kitchen items, linens, etc). Bedrooms are very spacious and each has its own bathroom with a fantastic shower. Parking was perfect - right in front of the villa. Resort amenities are a short walk away, over a pedestrian bridge. Being a walk away from pools and busy areas provides a quiet atmosphere. The only night noise we heard were frogs. The villa is also just steps away from the event center. Restaurants and shops are conveniently close and this location allows quick navigation around more congested areas of PCB. The area is completely safe with a nice bonus of gated entry which is staffed around the clock. The entrance to the unit is up a flight of exterior stairs which might be an issue for luggage for some. Edgewater Beach Resort is a great option for beach and pool enthusiasts as well as golfers. I highly recommend this villa!

The property was VERY clean and comfortable. We stayed for our granddaughters dance competition. We'll be back again in the future! Megan is very responsive with any questions. It was a wonderful stay!
