Peaceful Gathering Place with 12 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Game Tables and Pool!

This spacious (over 6,300 square foot) 12 bedroom, 7 bath home on over 10 acres is the perfect gathering place where everyone can be together under one roof yet have privacy! It's the perfect place for a family reunion or to celebrate that birthday party or anniversary with your loved ones.

Enjoy these fun extras: ping pong table, pool table, basketball hoop, foosball table, sunroom, huge porch swing, pickleball court, volleyball net, playground, grill and a firepit.

Only 7 miles to Notre Dame Stadium and 3 minutes to restaurants and shopping.

We have enjoyed hosting many groups for the Notre Dame Football games. Graduations, sports and team gatherings, bible retreats, work bonding/team building and family reunions and get togethers. We would love to host you next!

When you stay with us we provide a starter pack:
2 rolls of TP in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap, make-up wipes (please use them) trash bags, laundry and dishwasher soap. 1 paper towel and 1 tank of propane.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Let us know if anything was damaged or broken. -Please leave the beds you used unmade - Start the dishwasher & wash all the dishes -Empty the trash into the trash bins, we do bill for excess trash.
-Do not leave trash in the recycle bin -If you used the grill please leave it clean with the cover on and make sure the propane is turned off.
-Pile used towels on the bathroom or laundry room floor -Leave the house secure with windows and doors locked, water off and thermostats set. Let me know if you have any questions at all!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By entering the property guests release owners of liability including on the property and in the home. No parties or events! NO glitter or fireworks.
Strict no smoking/vaping policy (this includes on the property). No drugs. Only responsible drinking on the main level or outdoors!

Our family loves providing a place where we can bring families together! The Gathering Place is perfect for Family Reunions, Family Birthday Celebrations, and attending events at Notre Dame-only 7 miles away. It feels and little country and is peaceful but is only 3-4 minutes from a Walmart and restaurants. Our families favorites are Chick-fil-A and Texas Roadhouse.

Why they chose this property

Over 10 acres of peace and quite and room to play but close to shopping and restaurants and Notre Dame. You can't beat the location!

What makes this property unique

We have room for a big crowd. With 12 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms we can comfortably host up to 30 guests. When you book, you get a lot of the fun built right in. We have a pickleball court, soccer goals, volleyball, basketball, game tables, a game room, and a fun playroom for the little ones.
