I enjoyed my stay in Dunedin. Every thing was within walking distance. Jen’s place is cozy, clean and relaxing. I would stay here again. My golden doodle, Riley, loved it too. Dunedin is a very dog friendly community.

Quiet visit

The property is what is advertised, clean and local to many places to shop and eat within walking distance. You have to drive to the beach, but it's only ten minutes. And the beach is fantastic.

Amazing stay!

This location matched the pictures and the location doesn’t get much better! Everything was extremely clean and the rooms/decor were beautiful. The kitchen has great amenities, along with the beach “stuff” that was provided. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. This was an excellent stay for my party of 4 and I highly recommend booking this place when staying in Dunedin!

Condo in Dunedin

The location of this place is so great. We were able to walk to dinner and to all of the shops and bars. Whenever we needed something the host responded immediately. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could have needed and more.

Dunedin Gem

Was looking for a small place to spend one night near Main Street and came across this gem. So glad I found this property, it’s super cute, spacious and blocks away from all the restaurants and shops. We were also pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was considering the proximity. Our host Jen was very nice and attentive. We had an amazing experience will definitely be back!

Blue Jays Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised (clean, great location and well provisioned). I had some questions a month before arriving and Jen was very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We came to see a couple of Jays games and were able to walk to and from with no difficulties and enjoyed many eateries nearby. The place had everything you could need including a great washer/dryer, lots of coffee, filtered water and a good supply of bath towels. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. Check in and checkout were both easy and we would not hesitate to book here again.

Super Clean and Great Location

We stayed for the weekend of Feb 28, 2025. Instructions were clear on how to enter the property. The property was so cute, clean and has absolutely everything you need for a short or long term stay. The location was a perfect walking distance for attending a Spring Training Blue Jays game, restaurants, and shops. It’s a short and easy drive to Clearwater Beach. Everyone we encountered were so friendly and we felt so safe. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy some of the other things that cute little town offers. Thanks for hosting, we had a wonderful weekend.
