Relax on our balcony and enjoy nature or company, stroll through the local boutiques, hike the miles of trails right out the door and dine in several fine establishments. Do all this without getting in a car! Located only a mile from West bay and downtown, it is the perfect location to spend your vacation!

The Commons is bursting with boutique shops, eateries, site seeing and friendly villagers. Located only a mile from Downtown TC and the beautiful waters of Grand Traverse Bay, it is a perfect spot for a vacation!
What makes this property unique
Piazza Place is a perfect spot for a couple or group of 4. What I love about this condo is the covered piazza. You can listen to live music in the open space from here or sip on coffee and watch the sun rise. There are miles and miles of hiking trails right outside the door as well!
