Great vacation rental

We had a great time utilizing this vacation rental in order to be close to our other family, a road over. The propane tank was empty so we got a brand new one for the grill. The property itself was great. The bedrooms had nice decor. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The pool area was perfect for swimming and lounging. Everything worked as it should.

Amazing

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting family nearby and the house was perfect! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly to any question. The pool was amazing, this is where we spent most of our time, especially at night with the light show! I would recommend this house to anyone!

Vrbo screwed us up!

We booked this prop early Jan and got confirmations but a no communication back until the day of check in and found out Vrbo booked the same property to someone else on airb&b. So no place to stay for the family and was 10 min out to arrival. We had to sit in a parking lot for a couple of hours trying to find another place open! Vrbo didn’t help us find another place and gave us just two nights hotel stay and was limited amount. Asked to speak with a manger several times and got hung up on once and then never connected. The place we did find on our own was limited and not very nice but we had no choice since we were staying for the week and no place to go and no discount was given either, just left us on our own after there mistake! And now Vrbo still has issues as they sent us a survey, really bad customer service and experience!!! Not sure I would ever use Vrbo again!! we should have been compensated for the next one and will this be published so others can be made aware!
