We stayed at this location for our church group. We loved the privacy of the location, the pool and hot tub, great space for group meetings and dining, both in and outdoors. The variety of bedroom arrangements was so helpful for our unique team. There were a few items in need of TLC, but most were able to be addressed by hosts in a timely manner. We would consider staying in this location again.

I booked this property for my daughter's 10th birthday weekend ( Fri-Sun)and it was a perfect choice for what I had in mind. . The property is self-contained, had ample parking and enough space for the kids to run around and have fun. The pool was definitely a big hit so was the functioning hot tub. The property description and the pictures posted were accurate. There were no surprises. There were enough beds for reserved number of guests. The host was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Given that this property is well taken care of, my interaction with the host was minimal. I truly did not need anything but when I did reach out, host was available. I had a great time and so did my guests. I would definitely book this property again. I already have some ideas on a family get together or just a weekend staycation. I would recommend this property to my friends and family with a 100% confidence. 10/10 on my stay. Check in and check out process was exactly as it should be -stress free.

Amazing stay!

This place was amazing, heated pool, things to do, beautiful house. We had a blast here, and the owner responds so quickly with anything you need. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again.

Great for a Large Gathering

We had a great time having our family Christmas at the villa. Plenty of space to play games and relax with our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and a couple crazy kids jumped in the pool in December! We appreciated having enough towels and comfortable beds.

Weekend Retreat

We had a group of women stay in this home for a womens retreat. We never ran out of hot water, the AC was superb during 100 degree weather, the amount of sitting spaces and activities was more than sufficient for introverts and extroverts alike. The pool was amazing, the hottub was perfection. The location was secluded, safe, and gorgeous. We loved it and will likely be back for another retreat next year!! Such a great place!!

Annual Family New Year Trip

What a great place for large family gatherings! 5 very spacious rooms. Multiple beds in all upstairs rooms. The whole family enjoyed the pool (heated) and turfed yard. The location really was perfect. Large private property, feel like you are in the country but just minutes from shopping and downtown. Owner (Carolyn)was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

Wonderful Stay

We had a nice time at the house for our family of kids and adults. The backyard turf is amazing , pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and a nice cabana area as well. The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the house worked perfect for our group. Games in garage were a big hit as well. A convenient location close to Walmart for groceries, etc. The owner was very responsive and helpful . Easy check in and check out. Overall a great stay!

Great Villa!

Great place for small wedding! Plenty of room to sleep 10 out of town guests.About 30 people for the wedding with plenty of space and parking also.The weather was too cold to be able to use the pool or the outdoor area so everything stayed indoors. The only thing that could be improved would be to have heating in the game area.Communication with Carolyn was outstanding as she went out of her way to help out before and after our stay!

Perfect reunion spot

Property accommodated our family very well in addition to family members coming for a day visit. The astro-turf yard was perfect for the kids plus they enjoyed exploring adjoining wooded lot. Home updates are very nice, especially the bathrooms, and the decorated Christmas tree was appreciated. Kitchen could have been better stocked as we purchased cookie sheet, bowls and a wine opener to suit our needs. Also the outer home surroundings could have used a better clean-up and the kids' playroom toys need an upgrade. Overall very pleased.

Family Getaway

This home's layout worked great for our family of 10 - comfortable beds, games, pool, plenty of space. There are a few things that need attention around the house and pool and it was missing several amenities, mainly soaps and shampoos, etc. We still had a great time, but it wasn't quite up to par compared to other vaca rentals we've rented for the price. That said, we would still return and Carolyn was always willing to help when we needed her. The area was very quiet and a fun place for all ages!

Short Family Reunion

The photos on this listing need updated. They do not accurately portray the amenities provided. Compared to the photos, the house was not well stocked. The interior and outside hangout area both need a deep cleaning. Note: the hot tub was not turned on when we arrived. We turned it on but it was unusable the first night of our stay. Very slow to heat. Overall, the size worked well for our group of 12. Good location. Close enough to activities, but secluded enough for your own getaway.

Family Christmas

We have rented numerous properties with you...nice place with a few exceptions Bathrooms needed handtowels No cleaning supplies House was cold when we arrived Batteries dead in clock, several lightbulbs needed replacing and door panel battery needed replacing Outdoor cabana cover was tattered all around One bathroom door was broken at bottom Kitchen (the hub of family gatherings) was poorly stocked (no dishtowels, hardly any bakeware. Several cabinets were empty except for some trash NO TRASH BAGS. We had to purchase the day after Christmas hot tub never heated above 78 Being in the high end price-wise.....it needed more attention

Hello John . Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. I was in communication with your wife before and during your stay. She made special request for a Christmas tress which was provided. She had few questions about the house and our property manager was able to give her all the answers. And was told to call or text if you needed any thing during your stay and no request was made. The out door cabana cover is as a result of the weather. The hot tub can be turn up to 90 degrees Our home is fully stocked with all cookware. We have complet towel sets in each badrooms and a closet filled with extra towels and linnings incase guests need extra supplies during their stay. I always hope to improve my listing to make sure my guests have a wonderful experience.

This home was technically as described, but is an older home and it showed. The pool, hot tub and yard were great, but the house wasn't overly impressive for the price. The home had been cleaned some, but did not feel clean. If you looked at the home closely it needed a deep cleaning badly. The sheets on one bed smelled horribly and we had to wash them. There was no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms when we arrived. The owner did bring some the next day. There was no dish soap or any kitchen cleaning supplies. There was a huge wasp nest with tons of wasps in the back yard that we had to go out and buy wasp spray for in order to be safe in the yard. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable and overused. They were lumpy, bumpy and you could feel the springs on some of them. There were none of the little touches I am used to seeing at a high priced location. The positives were: plenty of parking, quiet location, away from traffic, lots of space, game room, we liked that there was plenty of seating in the living room, pool towels provided, no list of chores to do at check out. Overall we had a nice stay, but I didn't feel it was worth the high price.

The property was everything described, though not as shiny new as the pictures. The pool was fantastic. The kids loved the slide. The turf was a wonderful idea and was great to play on. The grills did not have propane but there was charcoal. The basketball game didn't turn on. We couldn't find any fooze balls and there was only one ping ping ball. But the one ping pong ball lasted our stay. There was a gross old mattress in the game room (garage) that freaked out the kids. The master suite is a wonderful retreat. Parking was ample. The layout and flooring was great for wet folks using the restroom and there were a ton of towels. Our large group appreciated the large dining table and all the available plates. There was plenty of seating areas outside. The house was very clean. There were several kids life jackets available. Having the pool fenced separately was great.
