About this property

I just recently purchased the Classic Coastal (CC) condo so I've only had 11 guests but received all 5-star reviews. I hope you will be my next guest! Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while sipping on your favorite drink!

The CC condo unit 157 is located within SeaSide Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. Everything is provided that you need for a beach day including a wagon, chairs, towels, a small cooler, a sun umbrella, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and smart TVs for your entertainment.

The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. The kitchen is fully stocked with a bar stools and hightop table. If you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, there are bikes with helmets and baskets or you can easily walk to the many restaurants and shops in Coligny Beach Park. A grocery store, the Tiki Bar, and Jim’s Pool Bar are also within walking distance.

The queen-size sleeper sofa is brand new with a comfortable gel mattress. There are flat-screen Smart TVs located in the bedroom and living room. There is a tower fan, along with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The balcony has a high-top table and four chairs for a great ocean view!

There are two onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), a grilling area, limited covered parking but an ample size parking lot, and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

Although I love my grandpets, unfortunately, no pets are permitted at SeaSide Villas. The condo association charges a $500/day fine if a pet is onsite. That fine will be assessed to the renter if a pet is found onsite.

Very Nice!

Thoughtful touches + great location = Perfect HHI vacation

Thanks Tracy for all the thoughtful touches that make this condo an ideal location and option for enjoying HHI -- from the bikes, to the coffee, to the furnishings and the view -- all is great about this condo. Tracy was super responsive and had really prepped this condo to be hospitable and welcoming + a perfect beach getaway. It's also a great location for enjoying the beach, Coligny, and also Sea Pines (walkable to the RBC Heritage shuttle). We're glad we stayed at Tracy's condo!

Very nice property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is small but was very comfortable and clean. Tracy also supplied a lot of little extras that I hope other renters will appreciate as much as we did. We had everything we needed for our stay. It would have been perfect if the weather had been a tad warmer, and I am sure Tracy would have fixed that, too, if she could have!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a terrific beach vacation at this condo! We had never visited HHI before and we were looking for a place close to the beach and restaurants. This condo was perfect - a short walk to the beach and Coligny Circle. The condo provided everything we needed, was very clean, and both check in/check out were very simple. We especially loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. We have already discussed our next visit to HHI and hope to rebook this property. Thank you!

I purchased this condo in April of 2023. After many visits to Hilton Head, I decided to purchase a condo in my favorite location within SeaSide Villas and within walking distance of Coligny Park. I hope you will enjoy the Island as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I decided on SeaSide Villas because it is an oceanfront complex with almost every unit having a partial view of the ocean.

What makes this property unique

I try to include the small things that add a personal touch—for instance, popcorn, spices, and beach towels. After staying in properties for the last four years in SeaSide, I enjoyed the extra touches and want to do the same for my guests.
