One of the nicest, well-cared for homes we have stayed at in windsor hills. It was on a very quiet and private street which was a plus. Only downfall was our week was chilly and hot tub is on a 12 hour timer....9am til 9pm so no early morning or late evening hot tubs. Many lounge chairs by the pool which was great!

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed the home and the amenities. The pool was perfect for our three grandchildren and was the perfect break in the middle of their theme park days. We loved the design of the house as all the kids could be close to at least one adult - which they like to do!

Fantastic house and a very enjoyable holiday

We had a family group of 10 people including four adults, two teens, and four younger children. The house was perfect, plenty of room for everyone, a great pool, and a games room. The location was also excellent - easy access to Disney World and local shopping. Highly recommended.

Spring Break

The house was everything we needed and more. Loved that it was at the back of the property with no neighbors and the many nearby amenities. When we needed maintenance for minor issues they were very responsive.

Windsor Hills 5 Bedroom Home

This was an excellent home in a very nice gated community. There are two master bedrooms and one smaller bedroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I have have experienced in a VRBO rental. The furniture throughout the home was very nice. Overall, I found this home to be an excellent choice.

Great House for Large Family

The house was clean and a great place to stay off of Disney property. Safe gated community with a large pool at the club house and also a private pool. Would have liked to see some simple spices for cooking, salt, pepper, oil etc but it included all the dishes and pans. Nice place will book again but when the weather is cooler.

Perfect for Multiple Families!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Having 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was a game changer! The teenagers loved having their own space in the upstairs two bedrooms, while the adults (parents and grandparents) enjoyed the main level suites. The pool area was very spacious with many pool loungers. We appreciated the heated pool as some days were chilly (visiting in February). The location was close to all the Disney parks as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We had great communication with the property manager for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The response time when we had questions was really fast. The house was quite large and big enough for 10 adults to have their own space. However 1 tea towel was nowhere near enough and some oven trays would be handy ( there is one pizza tray)An extra frypan (or two) would help especially as the house caters for large groupsAir conditioning didn't seem to function in all rooms very well. I know you can't control but just an added - getting through the gate varied from day to day when coming in Uber etc Waved through, asked where we staying and names etc given a QR code for Ubers to checking emails!

Hi Carol - thank you for your feedback which we have noted. I was surprised you did not mention the lack of tea towels and baking trays when we came to visit with you. We would have given you new items to use. We will ensure the kitchen is stocked with more baking trays and new tea towels going forward. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay in Orlando and this home. Thank you for being great Guests. Regards, JC Vacation Homes

The AC unit didn't work very well. The downstairs area was super hot, we had to use the portable fans and of course they wasn't helpful. One used roll of tissue paper in each bathroom was unacceptable. There should be fresh unused rolls in all bathrooms. Paper towels should be the same way. You need a larger garbage bin outside the door if the dumpster across the street is inoperable.

Hi Wayne, thank you for your feedback. However we did not hear anything from you regarding any issue with the A/C in the home or the issue with the toilet rolls. This house was professionally cleaned before your arrival and left with new toilet rolls in each bathroom, a roll of kitchen paper towels, small bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs and kitchen sponge as advised in our Checkin details. We hope you enjoyed your stay at this home. Regards, JC Vacation Homes

Great House. Good Location. Nice Neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in the back of the subdivision and it was nice not having neighbors behind us. Community was quiet. Just miles from the Disney parks. Close to Walmart for necessities and even though it is just off busy 92, you don't feel like you are in a crowded area. Checking in at the guardhouse the first time was very easy and quick. We met my in-laws there so having two King Owner's Suites on the main floor was fabulous. The property was clean, the furnishings were good quality and the kitchen was well stocked. It was too cold to use the pool, but the pool area was inviting with great seating and sunshine. Game room in the garage was great. Most importantly, the management company was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing

We have stayed at Windsor Hills about 10 times in the past and this was definitely our best accommodation yet. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could. The home was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, backing onto the conservation area and only one side neighbor. We had two small issues that were resolved immediately. The first was a breaker for the pool heat. I let the management company know but didn't expect anyone to come on the weekend but they came right away on a Sunday evening to reset the breaker. The second issue was no picture on our tv after a few days. Within 2 -3 hours a brand new 65" was delivered and set up. I have never dealt with a management company that has been so prompt or polite so thank you to Alex and the gang. We will definitely try to stay at this home again next year.

Overall great experience

The house was great. We really enjoyed the space, the pool table in the garage & loved the pool. The bed was very comfortable! The only thing missing was a Keurig. There were 2 coffee pots, so thank you for that, but we are so used to a Keurig it took some time to get used to. And being that only one of us drinks one cup in the morning it was a waste to make a pot. We did have to wash down the pool chairs/loungers as they had cobwebs & bugs all over them. Not sure when they were last used or if it just happened that quickly due to being Florida. Just a few things out of the owner's control that we wish we had known: The traffic around the neighborhood is horrible! Both around the house & the gate traffic every day we were there was very long. While there are no rear neighbors, we had screaming kids as neighbors right next door. Not yelling, but actual screaming for 3 days every afternoon & evening when they were in their pool. The house to the right is actually much closer than appears in the photos, even normal level conversations were able to be heard so the screaming was very obnoxious.
