Checking in was pretty smooth. There wasn't any wash clothes, which is something I wish I would've known before hand. Other than that everything else was good. The A/C went out but the had a technician come the next morning.

Beautiful house overlooking body of water, well maintained property and fantastic hosts, which made our stay seamless! The best hosts I have stayed with in Windsor Hills!

We stayed at this property for one week. The house was very spacious for our family of 8 that stayed there. The host was accomodating to allow us to change our reservation and check in three days early for an additional fee. The pool was heated as mentioned. The issues we had were: the game room systems did not both work. I contacted the host who did send someone out with the cable needed, but the system still ended up not working. The LED lights in the game room and one of the children's bedroom only half of them were working. The home was just in need of some TLC. Like light bulbs not being in lamps when you would try to turn on a light. Pool light not working. Some of the bedroom furnitures were broken and needed to be repaired or replaced. Carpet in some of the areas were needing to be spot cleaned. Only one towel per person was provided, but luckily there is a washing machine and dryer. No wash clothes were provided. As mentioned, our biggest issue was with the game room lights and system not working as described and also the LED lights in the one kids room only half of them working. These were two of the reasons for renting this house, as I knew my grandkids would like those things. But as mentioned, the house was spacious and everyone had space which was good. The host just needs to do a little TLC to the place to fix the numerous things that need attention, if they are going to charge the higher prices. Location to Disney was good. Area is quiet.

Nice place for a Disney trip

The place was great for our stay. We were not there much. Spent most of the time at Disney. The Host was over the top at responding. We added a day before and after our stay at the last minute and the HOST was quick to respond and help as they could with making the accommodations. There were a few wear and tear pots and pans but outside of that it was perfect for our stay.

What a time!

Our stay was great! It started off a little rough for some members of my family since the downstairs bed frame was broken from the previous visitors and the dryer had a rough time drying. The owner kept consistent communication with us throughout the process of replacing the furniture & appliances. Within a few days, a new washer/dryer was put in and the frame was replaced! Overall, the house is in a great neighborhood, the pool was nice and heated, the rooms & house were clean, and the game room was a nice touch! DisneyWorld was a 10-15 minute drive, Seaworld is about a 15 minute drive, and Universal Studios is about a 20 minute drive.

THIS VILLA IS NOT BEING MAINTAINED. Furniture is falling apart and needs replacing. Bed sheets have holes in them, Pool area has weeds growing up through the patio. Pool covered in Algae to the point it was unusable.Promises made by the owner never carried out.Similar revies found from several months earlier so looks like the property has been neglected for some time.
Weeds on Patio. I was promised they would be sorted but never happened
Furniture falling apart. Draws collapse as soon as you open the draw. On top of this door handles falling off that was reported.
Twice during a two weeks stay the pool turned green. Villa next to us was unoccupied and pool was perfect as it was maintained

Our host was extremely responsive throughout our stay and always quick to help with anything we needed. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We’ve stayed at many vacation homes before, and this one was definitely superior to most of them. The property was family-friendly, the pool was great, and everything made for a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. We would absolutely stay here again.
