Nestled in a prime location, enjoy having easy access to the Glade Spring Spa, golf courses, wineries, trails, skiing, fishing spots, and so much more!

Upon first walking into your retreat, you will instantly take notice of the sun-filled living room. Adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and a stone fireplace - this space is perfect for family movie nights. The adjacent chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with ample meal prep space, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. When culinary creations are ready to be enjoyed, dine at the formal dining table or even alfresco.

Rest assured that each of your loved ones will be thrilled with their sleeping quarters as each of the four bedrooms comes carefully curated with welcoming color palettes, soft linens, and tasteful decorations.

On days when you just want to hang out at home, head for the garage-converted game room where multiple game tables, a vintage arcade system, and ample seating are ready to host hours of entertainment.

No matter the season, feel comfortable and cool with the home's energy-efficient air-conditioner and heater. Additional interior perks include a separate laundry room, a work desk, fiber optic internet, a Sonos Sound System, and four Smart TVs.

Outside, soak up the amazing views from the warmth of the hot tub, fire up the gas grill, or gather around the firepit on the Adirondack Chairs, roasting s'mores and sharing campfire stories.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
Guests will not have access to the Suncadia Resort amenities, including the Swim & Fitness Center and Nelson Farm Pool.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: 2 Arlo Spotlight cameras onsite - above the garage and above the front door. Arlo doorbell at the front door.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
