We had a whole group stay here - the best part was the living room and master bedroom view! The cliffs were amazing. The kitchen and bedrooms were clean and well stocked. We could have used another bathroom - just 2 tiny bathrooms was tough for a group of 9.

This property is listed as a single family home; however, the property has multiple 'homes' on the property - so, you are sharing the yard, the washing area, the outside shower, the bbq and hot tub with other people which is not accurately listed in the advertisement for the property. All of the photos for the main house do not show other 'homes' when selecting this house. You think you are renting a private home/property - which is not the case. The main bathroom window does not have privacy glass on both sides of the window and anyone from an adjacent property can see into the bathroom while you are showering. The property lists four separate bedrooms; yet, three bedrooms are connected and you have to walk through each bedroom to get to the other or use sliding glass doors to step outside and then move back into the main area. This too is not accurately described. The ceilings are very low and caution tape is used to avoid hitting your head when stepping down into the room off of the kitchen. The steps to the front door are out of code and are a tripping hazard. What we believed to be a single family home where we could enjoy a private space was not the case, and for what we paid to rent this property to 'share with others' is a misrepresentation of what was listed.

Rental group is super nice. We thought we were getting the whole property and enough beds for each guest. The listing versus the booking were different l, shame on me for not dbl checking. One room flooded with water when it rained and soaked our suitcases. The view though is amazing from here.

The room you mentioned is part of the home and we’ve had no issues with flooding before or since, so it sounds like a rare one-off.
