The 2 floors allow for a lot of space and privacy with a backyard patio! A perfect gateway for a couple or a family. A 5 minute walk to SeaCreast Hotel for restaurant and beach front bar adjacent to old silver beach!
Amazing sunsets that will make you feel like at a tropical island.
A 15 min drive to Falmouth Center. Brand new furniture and brand new renovated bathrooms! Reach out with questions!

Small knit community. No pets. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Backyard area is not shared. Only patio space can be used designated for the unit
