Inside, this two-story home away from home offers a cozy living area with a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player for endless entertainment. Board games are provided as well for an entertaining evening at home. Surprise your loved ones with tasty treats and homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all the essentials. Sleeping up to four, this cottage features a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and two twin beds in the upstairs loft.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful and rustic spot

The house is steps from the water. Kids and I brought floats and swam/ floated for hours. The view from the porch was amazing. We ate every meal outside. Stargazing was terrific and a neighbor across the lake put on a fabulous fireworks display! The location is also only 10 minutes from a wonderful beach and cute town where we had lobster dinner and got some souvenirs. We also rented a canoe for a lazy paddle on a nearby river. Lots of activities are close to this location. It was really perfect. The house is everything that you need and there is a smart TV for a movie night when it rains.

Tranquil Getaway

Our getaway was lovely. The cottage is as described and has a wonderful lake view! There is a great "put" in area for kayaks and swimming that isn't pictured in the listing. Despite the heat, the cottage stays cool as it is well shaded. There was also a wonderful breeze each day as the cottage sits on a lot that is a "peninsula". The location is perfect for visiting Pemaquid Point and all the surrounding locations...dining, shopping, hiking, etc... Will definitely consider rebooking in the future!
