The Space:

Delight in beautiful lake views at Hidden Dunes Villa 32! This 3 bedroom 3 Bath 1st floor Villa is perfect for your family retreat.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom with an En-suite bathroom along with a door to the patio. Upon entering there is a full bathroom and guest room with two twin beds and full over top bunk. The second guest room offers a king bed and En-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking preferences to savor a nice meal. There is a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the open space living area and large covered porch overlooking the pristine lake. The Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and private beach is a short four minute stroll away!



There is a private outdoor storage closet to provide added convenience during your stay with a selection of chairs, a wagon, and a boogie board, all available for your use.



Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts. The courts are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play. We recommend calling ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of the clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices.



Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico means that nothing stands in the way of you and a relaxing day on the sugar-white shores of the Gulf. No more driving long distances to find a beach without available parking. This Gulf-front resort with a dedicated beach walkover offers more private beach access per unit than any location in the area.



Relax around our neighborhood pools, and enjoy the beautiful emerald waters and dunes speckled with tall palm trees and natural vegetation. Each of our hot tubs is available for guests to unwind after a great day of tennis, or pickle ball, or a long day of walking the shoreline. Other amenities include a seasonally heated villa pool, natural gas grills, lighted basketball court, horseshoe pits, playground, on-site real estate sales and rental office, wireless internet, balcony, deck/patio, complimentary tram service (seasonal), 24-hour gated security, complimentary parking, and no resort fee. In addition, Hidden Dunes Resort recently added an electric vehicle charging station for owner and guest use.



Guests are provided an initial welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Hidden Dunes Villa 32

We’ve been coming to Hidden Dunes over Thanksgiving for over 20 years and this villa was one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in thus far, and we’ve rented so many on the property. It was updated, clean, and well-stocked. Management was quick to address any questions or needs. We will be back for sure.

Seriously perfect! Girls trip, three teens and two moms. Lots of memories made on our girl’s senior year spring break. Great location. Loved being on the ground level and not having to haul our bags more than a few feet from our cars. This place is exactly as pictured.

The management company and response time was excellent. The unit was in a great location and the community was very nice. The unit itself was not very clean. Dirty floors and not what we would consider in perfect condition as reviews stated. I would not give this the 5 star rating it had. I would say a 3.5. We had a wonderful vacation and the management company was amazing. Unit can just use some work and updating. When we booked the description stated free umbrella and two chairs with beach service daily and this unit is evidently not included in that. However the beach service was amazing and still gave us the umbrella and chairs as long as they were not needed. The description states pickleball etc but nothing about there being a charge for this and there was. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend for location but not cleanliness.

Perfect Location

My husband and I took our 4 children (ages 6,6,6, and 7) on their first vacation to the beach. This location was PERFECT. We could walk to 2 different pools and the ocean within 5 minutes. The convenience of being at the beach and at the pool was priceless with 4 young children. The house itself was very nice! All the bedrooms were in great condition; all the tv's were operable; the master shower was AMAZING! There is great water pressure (that is important to me). The natural lighting is incredible; the covered porch was perfect for my kids to eat on and for me to work and drink my coffee. The provided wagon, cooler, and boogie boards (6 of them) made the trip SO MUCH EASIER and enjoyable. My kids LOVED the boogie boards. The only thing important to note is there is nothing in the kitchen. So you need the basics like PAM spray, all seasonings, bring charcoal and lighter fluid for the grills, and clips for bags of chips and cereal (minor but important!). Bring a few dishwasher pods and trash bags. Villa 32 we would DEFINITELY stay again!!!
