Best place to rest

This property fit our every need. I recommend it to any one with small children or those traveling with geriatrics family members. Plenty of space for everyone!

Great Disney themed house with pool.

We had a great time at the house, pictures are very accurate. Windsor Hills is located close to Disney Parks and is very safe with nice amenities. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private bathroom so everyone has their own space. Check in is super easy, as is communication with the Manager via vrbo messages.

Nice place

Great place, really no complaints. If I had to come up with something negative, I’d say that the bathroom fixtures are starting to show their age or that it’s kinda too far from the clubhouse to walk there with kids. I’d recommend to a friend.

I’m giving 3 stars but could definitely give 2, but being kind as the complaint was addressed within 24 hours, but when you’re only staying for 3 days, it matters. When setting up the reservation I stressed the importance of having a functioning jacuzzi, upon arrival there was a hose at the jacuzzi but off. The jacuzzi was full. We noticed there was something running outside that did not shut off, we returned in the evening and the jacuzzi emptied into the pool, the pool was over full and the jacuzzi was bone dry! I went to bed hurting and woke up hurting as I use the jacuzzi for physical therapy. The jacuzzi was repaired by the second evening which was a blessing, I was in so much pain. In the home the bathroom sinks did not drain which was nasty imo. I appreciate the immediate response to the repair however I feel this should have been addressed prior to my arrival. The home could use a deep cleaning, especially in the bathrooms.

We had 5 adults (two in 40s, one in 20s, and two 18), and 2 kids (7&4). We loved that the rooms each had their own bathrooms. Blackout curtains a lot of rooms was essential. Especially since the house would get up to 78 during the day. No fault of the owners - it is hard to get the temps down in the July/August heat of central Florida! The air hockey machine wasn’t working which was a bummer. Pool was nice to have right in the backyard. Kids loved the slides at the community pool. Definitely needed to drive there. It was just too far and too hot for us to walk. Normal wear and tear that you tend to see on a rental property. Nothing huge that interfered with our stay. Overall it was a nice place to stay!
