OCMD Family Beach Retreat

This is the perfect beach home getaway with 6 Br plus 3 full baths and outdoor shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There are endless amenities. 5 pools, 1 indoor pool and 1 at the beach club on the beach, golf, parks, boat marinas, reastaurants, live outdoor music in the summer months at the Yacht club. Close to beaches, boardwalk, and restaurants, local farmers market. Your family will love all this home has to offer. 72" Roku TV in extra large family room. All bedrooms also have Roku TV's. Beautiful front porch with swing for morning coffee or just relaxing with your favorite book as well as a back deck. In the evening there is a fire pit in the back for family fun to unwind from your fun filled day. A gas grill is ready for evenings when you just want to relax at home for lunch or dinners. 6 Beach chairs and beach towels are provided and 2 umbrellas are available for your use. The property has a ring front doorbell for added security and keyless lock system. Linen service can be scheduled at letsmakebeds.com if you do not want to supply your own bedding and towels. they will provide linens ,make the beds and pick up dirty linens all put in the bag that is provided for you. Must be 25 years of age to rent and that adult must stay on the property. NO senior week rentals for liability reasons.

Overall the property and location was very good, only negative was the bedroom over the garage was only accesible thru another bedroom, and no place to store food in kitchen other than on the counter.

Baby Boomer Sibling Reunion

This was a perfect spot for our sibling reunion in early May. We had 3 traveling from out of state and this allowed us to be together in one place. There was plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. It was also nice to have a bedroom & bathroom on the main floor for one of the guests. I have two minor suggestions for when larger groups stay. (1) Dining room table seating for more than 8 (2) More open space at side tables and bed tables for the guests to place their personal items. We didn't do the OC thing, but I am familiar with Ocean Pines and this has got to be a fantastic place for the summer visits. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach house.

Family Vacation 2025

If you have a large family, this is the perfect place to stay! A home where all can "recharge", strengthen bonds,enjoy each other's company and make new memories. The house was very spacious with plenty of room to either spread out, or gather together. It had everything we needed including games, children's activities,books,beach towels,beach chairs and a TV in every bedroom. It was very thoughtful of the host to provide a binder that contained alot of pertinent info re the house, the community, dining and entertainment. It was very useful.Obviously, the host/owners put alot of time, thought and care into making their home welcoming and relaxing to their guests. Michelle, the host, was easy to communicate with and always responded back immediately. We Thank You Michelle, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Memories were made that will last a lifetime.

There are multiple golf coareses, 5 pools, restaurants, parks, tennis, pickleball, live music, paddle boards and more available right in the community.

What makes this property unique

Our home is filled with love, games, beach accessories, fire pit, large enough for multiple Families to get together. The front porch is soothing for morning coffee listening to birds chirping, chimes ringing in a soft breeze while swinging in the swing. We take pride in supplying a fully stocked kitchen to make our guests stay feel like home. Its in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space for games and family recreation.
