Vacation Rental with available 2 Bed Rooms and 2 Bath Rooms, Plenty Seating Areas for Sunrise to Sunset. Comfortable living room with dining area and open kitchen. Big Pool for delightful swims and a grill for enjoyment. Fruit trees in the garden, help yourself to what you can eat. High Speed Internet WIFI, Fire TV for Streaming and Local Channels, Entertainments System, Card and Board Games are available for usage. - Plenty of space and seating areas as seen in pictures. Both bedrooms have also TVs and seating areas for laptop usage. Monitor is also available; see pictures for reference. - The property is located on Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral downtown with many restaurants, convenience stores, several super markets and shopping areas just 10 min. - Feel free to bring your boat, from the dock it is easy 7 min drive out to river which leads to Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. - Ft Myers Beach is close by as well with 30 min drive, and Ft Myers Downtown for festivities just over the bridge. - You will have a comfortable and enjoyable living in this property with all amenities of SW Florida near by. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn AC back to 81 degrees Fahrenheit and please turn off all ceiling fans.
Take out trash and please pull bins to the street.
Look doors and please return key to lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use pool and pool area at your own risk. - Parents must supervise all children.
Use house and property at your own risk. Owners take no liability.
Turn AC off when you have doors open. Electricity bills above 150 a month will be charged to renter.

Gorgeous view

We loved the lanai and canal view. The pool issues were addressed and made our last two weeks very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay for the second year. This rental is clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The water view is beautiful and the pool was used everyday. We will be back next year and hopefully for many years to come.
