Beautiful 2BD 2BA home in small-town America

With a back patio for sitting and sipping coffee, you can enjoy the birds chirping happily all day, three of the four seasons. We’ve completely renovated this 1958 centrally-located duplex in the heart of Hickory.

A perfect blend of old and new with gorgeous refinished, original hardwood floors, and beautiful custom cabinetry. You will feel right at home with the farmhouse decor, genuine antiques, and fresh linens. The kitchen is a dream, filled with everything you need, including and old oak table and beautiful brown stoneware. Enclosed back porch is the coat drop area, but with a desk, chair, and lamp also serves as the perfect spot to get a little work done!
Several restaurants are within walking distance, and you are just a five minute drive to Lenoir-Rhyne University, the SALT Block, Frye Regional Medical Center, and downtown shopping. The Hickory Trail is nearby, spanning 10 miles across the city, and provides bicycle and pedestrian safety while connecting popular destinations and amenities.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hang used towels on the hooks in the bathrooms.
Wash all dirty dishes (hand wash pots and pans) Wipe off countertops Empty the fridge Take out the trash
We will take care of the rest!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
•Place dirty dishes in dishwasher with dishwasher pod. Turn on quick wash. HAND WASH pots/pans. •Empty grounds from Coffee Maker and rinse.
•Remove trash from kitchen and under bathroom sinks and take to large green garbage can in the back. •Hang used towels on the hooks in the bathrooms.
•Return Furniture to Original Placement. •Remember to take all Personal Items with you.

My sister and I were in Hickory for a week to visit my son and his family. This place was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and so quiet. The host was accommodating and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay

We were in town for a funeral and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to town and restaurants. Very clean and was exactly like the pictures. Would recommend this place again and again.

Hickory Stay

Moving to Hickory

I was relocating to Hickory and we opted to stay at this home versus a hotel while my place was mcoming together. Good thing we did! This home was adorable, comfortable and very reasonable. Would recommend it to anyone!itutanyonelooking

Hickory Home Base

We loved our time at this Hickory rental as it provided everything we needed. The space was updated, clean and very comfortable! There was a designated work space that was used during our time there. There were absolutely no issues with anything. I highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Hickory!

Quaint cottage

Neat and clean. New appliances and bathrooms recently updated. Only challenge was shared driveway. We encountered a couple of instances where we had to park partially in the grass/yard to get in the driveway.
