Jamie is an excellent host Everything stated for this property was accurate and then some beautiful home away from home will definitely be staying here again plenty of space if you wanna spend time with family friends or there’s plenty of space if you wanted to do your own thing many things to do around town and close by thank you again
Great local location close to downtown . We were attending the history haunts and legends event and needed a bigger place for our group .. with three bathrooms and a huge kitchen and dining area plus a cute sun room we have plenty of room to spread out .. host was very easy to communicate with and handled any issues we had .. parking was great and house was clean .. there is no WiFi and no tv in house .. which was ok for us . We will for stay here again.
Awesome trip! Home was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and plenty of room to gather and visit and play games. Crazy good location. Will return to this home again.

Overall we enjoyed our weekend, however we did have some issues with the property.
The home is a true diamond! Spacious, clean and complete with every amenity you can possibly need. This home is so comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet. It was minutes by car to the downtown area and the grocery store is across the street. I highly recommend staying in this spacious and welcoming home. I will be back and this is now my first choice for any future Jefferson stay.
Everything was clean I'm not sure if air conditioning was working correctly and ceiling fan in main bedroom couldn't figure out how to turn on but other then that very good stay host very friendly.

The house is very spacious and very well equipped, more so than most places we have stayed. We enjoyed the decor and would like to have known more about Dr. Woods and family (original owners). We would have liked to have a TV somewhere in the house and the blinds in the corner bedroom need repair or replacement. I would also suggest a little work in the back as there are uneven surfaces and we are four senior citizens. All in all , it is a very nice property with great pricing!
Jamie answered all my questions promptly and was very accommodating with our group. The large coffee maker didn’t work one morning and she had a replacement there that day. The good thing was we were not without our coffee as she had a one cupper there that took care of us that morning.
The location is very close to downtown. There is a handy Brookshire grocery across the street. It was like staying in the home of an older relative that had not made many changes in the home. It was comfortable, clean, and very roomy. My husband was shocked that there was not a TV. The house was very quiet with comfortable mattresses. We would have loved to see something about the history of the home. We came for the home tours and this would have been a bonus.
Nice big home. Initially had an issue with the AC but the host sent her son over to check it out same day and we were good to go. Just a couple of things in case you don’t catch in the booking info, no tv, nowhere to charge a golf cart. Most vrbo have a binder with WiFi info and town info and check in and out info so you don’t have to keep messaging the host, this makes it easier for everyone, I felt like I was constantly having to get ahold of host for info that could have easily been left in the house. All in all a good stay I’d give it an 8 out of 10.
We had a great stay. The house was clean and ready for us. There is a lot of cookware and appliances to make your stay feel like home. The beds are super comfortable and charmingly decorated. Forgot something? No problem. There is a grocery store across the street. I love that it's close to the downtown area but not in the middle of it. We always love our stay here.
The house was all as promoted. It was very clean and pleasant. We had a couple of questions, so the hostess replied promptly. Its proximity to Brookshires was handy. We chose to drive to downtown, and it was literally a 2 minute drive. This was just the place for our “girls” (old friends) weekend.
